    Pushing the boundaries of print for Hull College Group

    Hull College Group is one of the largest providers of further and higher education in the UK, offering courses at all levels to suit people of all ages from 14 to 16 year olds to adults. Communicating with both prospective and existing students is a key part of the work carried out by Hull College Group’s marketing team. One of the key ways they do this is in the form of printed information. This is where the Business Development team from imageData Group has been working closely with the college marketing team over the past 12 months to develop a clear understanding of their print requirements in order to create high impact visual communications that will inform and engage students.

     

    The end result was the delivery of a portfolio of high quality printed products. This included their full time prospectuses (2015/2016 and 2016/2017), higher education prospectuses, part time prospectuses, student skills passports, graduation booklets, mailers, large format banners, headers and posters. Some of the innovative print techniques and finishes used included embossing, foil blocking, soft touch lamination, colour coded tabbing, spot UV, lock binding, gloss and matt lamination.
