ImageData Group have a fully dedicated Account Management team working at our Howden site along with an on-site Account Manager based at New Look’s Head office in London. The on-site Account Manager works alongside the New look team at all levels, managing and driving all projects and critical paths.
The main objective of the Account Management team is to work alongside New Look and manage the delivery of POS to all stores. To date we have produced approximately 28million units of various size pieces of POS kit, ranging from tickets to banners and window graphics. We also provide a full installation service.
imageData Group have recently completed a full store survey across all the New look estate. This gives the client clear visibility of what graphics, quantity and size each store should receive. This has drastically reduced surplus prints, meeting a key objective to drive down costs.
New Look asked imageData Group to develop a full online allocation & artwork library system that involves a full database management process. We maintain the system for New Look 7 days a week, 24hrs a day.
As additional support we provide a full KPI report and review process. This covers off spend, volumes, issues and subsequent preventive actions and process development.
