    A vacancy has arisen at our Willerby Site for a Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Officer.

     

    An opportunity has arisen within our organisation for a Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Officer. The successful candidate will have experience in quality, health & safety and environmental matters. In addition to this, you will be responsible for the effective management and continuous development of QA, HSE and security systems; across all sites, in order to ensure compliance with current internal and external standards. The ability to effectively identify areas for improvement, continuously monitor and maintain processes and procedures against agreed standards and initiate all required corrective actions through to closure. As part of your role you will be required to actively promote a positive QHSE culture within the company, through advice support and implementation of an integrated management system.  Applicants must have proven working experience in a similar role or within a print production environment and ideally be NEBOSH qualified and have knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 and FSC.  You will also be required to work at our Howden and Brighton sites, which may include overnight stays.

    Accounts Administrator

    As Accounts Administrator you will be working as part of a small team in the Group Finance department. Your main duties will include processing purchase invoices, posting them to the accounting systems and producing monthly payments reports. You will be required to raise sales invoices and deal with telephone and email enquiries from both suppliers and customers. In addition your role will include a variety of general office administration duties. The successful candidate will be expected to have good numerical skills and to be able to work accurately within tight deadlines. Administrative and computer literacy skills, especially in MS Word, Excel and Outlook are also pre-requisites for this role. Ideally applicants will have previous experience of working in an accounts department.

    General Labourer - Willerby

    A vacancy has arisen at our Willerby site for a General Labourer

     

    Your duties will involve keeping the production and outdoor areas clean and tidy. This will include the removal and emptying of the waste bins on a regular basis and ensuring the waste is segregated into the correct bins for recycling.  Other ad-hoc duties will include using a floor sweeping machine, mopping floors and assisting in the production area if required. A full UK driving licence essential for this role also counterbalance fork truck licence desirable.

    Screen Preparation Operative/Press Assistant

    In this busy role, your main duties will be to assist the printer in producing high quality large format printing to client specifications.  You will be expected to carryout routine processes, including cleaning out screens, mixing inks and ensuring a clean production area. The successful candidate should ideally have experience or basic knowledge of screen printing processes.

    An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Willerby site for a Assistant Accountant.

     

    Working within a busy Finance department, you will be responsible for the production of monthly management accounts including margin analysis and group consolidations. Balance sheet reconciliations, including stock, accruals and prepayments and intercompany accounts. Maintenance of the fixed asset register.  Review of overhead costs and Inventory including audit of stocktakes and work in progress. Production of daily and monthly bank reconciliations and completion of VAT & Intrastat and other statutory returns. Reconciliation of major supplier accounts. Calculation of retrospective rebates and processing of staff expense claims. Assistance in the preparation of forecasts, budgets and statutory accounts and ad-hoc duties as required.

     

    The successful candidate will be Part qualified/ qualified AAT/ CIMA/ by experience, be self-motivated with strong communication, attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.  Microsoft Office with experience of pivot table and look-up functions in Excel advantageous.  Previous experience in manufacturing environment including the use of management information systems would be is desirable.

    As Digital Finishing Operative, you will work between the hours of 8.00 am to 4.00 pm, but will be required to work on other shifts as and when required, including nights.  Working within a busy team environment, your main duties will include the operation of guillotines, punches, drills, folders, creasers, booklet makers, plus other ancillary finishing equipment as required.  In addition, you will be required to finish and package products ready for despatch.

    An opportunity has arisen at the Howden Site for a HP Indigo Digital Press Operative, working on a rotating treble shift.

    In this busy role, your main duties will be to operate the HP Indigo machines to produce high quality large and small format printing to client specifications.  You will be expected to carryout routine machine maintenance and repairs to keep the presses at optimum condition as well as general housekeeping.  Training will also be given on our other digital presses and equipment.

    The successful candidate will have proven experience of operating HP Indigo Digital machines and knowledge of digital printing processes. Press-operating methods and engineering technology is desirable.
